We were first out today. Snowing and about 2 degrees

Mainly Chinstap penguins but we did find one Adeide. He was all alone.

Nice hike around the island.

Then Terry yelled out that he saw a seal. We all looked to the water and there were 2 Welldell seals. They are huge.

We then headed back to the boat to dry off and have a cup of coffee.

The boat is repositioning to Deception island. This is an old whaling
station, but there is a narrow inlet into the volcano caldera.

We hope to go swimming here.
